DO YOU REPAIR EXISTING ROOFS?

No. Unfortunately it is very difficult to correct poor workmanship once roofing has been completed. The majority of our work is focussed on new roofing work, and re-roofs for those switching from tile to metal roofing. We do not work on asbestos roofs.

WHAT ABOUT TILE ROOFS?

Metal roofing is our forte, so we only tend to deal with tiles when a tile roof is being removed and replaced with metal. We are able to provide guttering and down pipes to tiled roofs.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Absolutely. We are fully insured for Public Liability cover up to $20,000,000, and Workers Compensation.

Our quotes over $20,000 automatically allow for Home Owners Warranty Cover, as required by legislation. We arrange this once a quote has been accepted.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

Our preferred service area includes Sydney’s Northern Beaches, North Shore and Eastern Suburbs, but we are more than happy to quote jobs outside these areas.

DO YOU PROVIDE A GUARANTEE FOR YOUR WORK?

All work is guaranteed for a period of 12 Months from completion date.
Materials are guaranteed as per supplier specifications.

HOW LONG WILL MY ROOFING WORK TAKE?

Lead time can vary depending on how many jobs are currently running, and we will always provide you with a general indication of timing.

Under normal conditions once we receive your acceptance form and 10% deposit, jobs are completed within 2-3 weeks. Naturally this is dependent on weather conditions.

Once we start, we won’t leave your work half-finished. We’ll return until it’s done, or to the point that the building work allows (for example, sometimes downpipes might need to be done once rendering is completed).

IF I WANT TO GO AHEAD, WHAT IS YOUR USUAL PROCESS?

On acceptance of the quotation we arrange for completion of an Acceptance Form and pay a 10%Deposit.
A further 40% Progress payment is required on arrival of materials, then a 40% Progress payment on the installation of the roof.
The final 10% is paid on completion of the work.
